Thank you for considering Includecare as your support and care service provider.

We know it’s a bit different to have a message like this on a website, but different is what we set out to achieve by starting IncludeCare!

So who are we and why are you doing this I hear you ask? Great question!

We are the founders of Includecare and proud parents of a dashing young man with intellectual disability. We have spent many years trying to find suitably experienced workers to assist our son. We often had to rely on support service Providers who were happy to send unqualified workers with zero experience. This was completely the opposite of what we had requested and what our son deserved as a person with high needs. We often felt that the Providers were only out there to make money and not really there to support him in his day-to-day life. And as it turns out, many other families felt exactly the same way.

That is when we decided that he deserved better.

We set about creating a supported living environment specifically for him. One that provided a team of people who were focussed on his needs. People that actually want to see him reach his day-to-day goals and work with him to exceed. People who were encouraging and dedicated on being the best they could be with their clients.

Fast forward to today. We are happy to say that our Son is absolutely thriving in life now. It has taken much time and effort however with the great care team we have and the disability support service model we have established we know we have the formula right. He has hit many of his goals and exceeded them. Our Therapists are often having to rewrite their reports as he is smashing what they have set out for him.

You’re probably asking why are we taking the time to tell you this. Great question!

We are of the view that every person with a disability and their families, deserve better. They should be able to be supported in the same supportive and caring manner. With staff that are qualified and experienced in disability support. With a team that will work with them to assist them in reaching their goals and smashing them. Providing quality supports. That’s why we have established IncludeCare. 

At IncludeCare, we are committed to providing first-class support and care services for people and families living with disability. Clients are at the centre of everything we do, as they should be.
