IncludeCare offers tailored support services including personal care, domestic assistance, community access, social support, and supported independent living. Services are available to both NDIS participants and private clients.  

Absolutely. Our team can assist you in understanding your NDIS plan, identifying supports that align with your goals, and connecting you with the right services—even if we’re not yet a registered NDIS provider.  

We are not currently a registered NDIS provider. However, we can provide services to self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.

No. Our services are available to anyone who needs support. You can pay privately, use a Home Care Package, or access services through the NDIS if eligible

If you live with disability or need support for daily living, you’re likely eligible. We offer a free initial consultation to assess your needs—no referral necessary.

We believe in flexibility. If your needs change, we’ll review your support plan and make adjustments to ensure you're receiving the right care.

We offer support 7 days a week, including:

• Daytime shifts
• Overnight support
• Weekend and holiday care
• 24/7 arrangements (if needed)

• For NDIS participants, pricing aligns with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
• For private clients, we offer clear, competitive hourly rates.
  A written service agreement will be provided before any support begins.
