When our family first entered the disability support system, we quickly learned how much the right support can change a person’s life. We also experienced the frustration of inconsistent services, poor communication and supports that didn’t always put our son first.
We founded IncludeCare because we believed there was a better way.
The supports we provide today are shaped by those experiences. We understand the importance of being listened to, building trusted relationships and having support that adapts to the person—not the other way around.
Our goal is simple: to provide the kind of support we would want for our own family. Support that is reliable, respectful and focused on helping people build independence, confidence and meaningful connections within their community.

IncludeCare was created by a family who experienced first-hand the impact that the right disability support can have. Today, we support people with disability to build independence, confidence, connection and greater choice in everyday life.
We believe support should be built around people, not schedules. Every participant has their own goals, preferences and way of living. Our role is to listen, understand what matters most, and provide support that helps people live life on their own terms.
